THE YOUNGEST

BUILDER IN NSW

30-years on.

Brad Acheson had his builder's licence before his 21st birthday. Possibly the youngest in New South Wales at the time.

BRAD ACHESON

SETTING THE STANDARD

Brad Acheson runs Stroud Homes Dubbo. He started out leaving school at 16, came up through TAFE and on-site training, and held a full builder's licence at 20.

He spent two decades building his own company to around 35 homes a year before joining the Stroud network three and a half years ago to systemise the business and buy back his time.

He's now among the top builders in Dubbo by volume, and still does the green ribbon at every handover himself.

WHO IT'S FOR?

FORGE YOUR FUTURE

If you're the one holding every answer, where the job stops the moment you step off site, this episode is for you.

Brad was there. Best builder in town, and still the bottleneck for every decision in his own business.

Hear how he changed it.

THE NETWORK

BEHIND THE STORY

Brad's shift didn't happen in a vacuum. The systems, the plans, the community he leans on all come from the Stroud Homes network he joined in Dubbo.

It's a thread worth pulling on if Brad's story sounds like your own: a good builder who's hit the ceiling of what one person can hold.
